More than one in eight inmates behind bars in England and Wales is
foreign, and it costs the taxpayer some £330million a year to keep
them there.

The numbers have more than doubled since Labour came to power, with
critics blaming Britain's 'open-door' immigration policy.

And that wont include those who have idlr and citizenship.
